Enemies Of Our Faith - Doubt
Series: Enemies Of Our Faith
Enemy #3: Doubt Hebrews 11:1 What’s wrong with doubt? It attacks our faith (Matt. 14:29–30). It tears us in two (Matt. 14:31). It sinks us (Matt. 14:30). What causes doubt? It focuses on the storms life (Matt. 14:30). It dwells on the thorns of the flesh (2 Cor. 12:7). It sees mountains and other obstacles (Matt. 21:21). It listens to error and false teaching (Eph. 4:14). It puts more trust into what we see (2 Cor. 5:7). How do we overcome doubt? Abide in God’s Word (Rom. 10:17). Count your blessings (1 Thess. 5:18). Understand God’s grace is sufficient (2 Cor. 12:7–10). Remember your hope is about eternity (Rom. 8:18–25). Turn back to Jesus (Matt. 14:30).
