What is fear?
An emotion that causes us to believe something is dangerous. 

What causes fear?
We see the storms.
We focus on the pain.
We expect God to handle our fears our way.
We forget that God has a plan for us. 
How do we overcome fear?
Remember Jesus is always with us. 
Remember suffering makes us better than we are. 
Remember God has a plan for us.
